The Horse Lot Ranch and Restaurant is a working ranch located in New Waverly, Texas, approximately 55 miles north of Houston. The ranch is owned by Nick and Florencia Cheesman.
Thehorselot.com came about after having lived, worked and studied in more than 19 countries and after having recently relocated to the US. Nick and Florencia (Flor) wanted to dedicate more time to their family and their passion for horses, hence The Horse Lot Ranch and Restaurant.
We would like for The Horse Lot to be considered a user-friendly site that serves the needs of equine enthusiasts around the world. The concept is based on that of a typical car lot in the United States. A place where you can stop and browse, come in and purchase or use this as a bench marking tool when trying to sell your equine partner. We have brand new horses, pre-owned horses, some that will be certified, others that are in training and several that are simply good all-around animals.
Our goal is to put our experience with equine enthusiasts on different continents all in one place. We aren't another web site advertising horses, we own a working ranch that focuses on exactly what we are presenting at thehorselot.com. Hopefully, our site will serve as a useful tool for owners, breeders, competitors and all others involved in the horse industry.
